Tel 01908 647060/271822 This session on a Thursday are for gymnasts already within the club's present classes a rule of thumb. As gymnasts get older or need more of a challenge they are moved to this class, but it is also open to new gymnasts too. Most are selected from Beamers classes or from Saturday classes.
Two hours training is a good session for those that were used to just one hour, it gives them more time in trying harder elements and has proven a good stepping stone to developing further. The class is a recreational based class but all gymnasts still do certificates, Badges, Rosettes and also get the opportunity to compete on a big stage if they so wish. All this is not compulsory but there as an option for your daughter to take if you so wish.
Trampette and fast track ( Ten metre bouncy track see picture below)are used as is floor, Balance beams, The bars, climbing boards and of course spring board work along with Vault
