 THE AMERICANOS CLASS
AGE Range: 7 to 11
Time: 5-15 to 7-15pm on a TUESDAY ONLY
Price: £4 hr class 2 hrs long. Block payment of 8 weeks at £64
Charity membership: £22 yearly (Non returnable)
A NEW Wednesday Americano class starts on a Wednesday (5pm -7pm) Late May 2011
Children will be permitted to attend who have experience or no experience.
The class will take in all apparatus and consists of two hours.
This class has been developed into a class where gymnasts are taught all aspects of gymnastics with a good use of Trampette skills. Handstand, cartwheel, walkovers and much more and not just on the floor, but on the balance beam, if they are able and willing.
Its a recreational Gymnastic class with no pressures on the children to be of a certain level or ability. Having said this we try to find the right class for the gymnast.
Age is really not such an issue we teach the same elements to all. Its generally a good session and it runs along side the top level gymnasts who are also in training on a Tuesday evening.
New in August 2010 the group are taught a group floor dance, which will be worked on along with badges, certificates& Rosettes.
