Alan's top group girls were hard at work with Wendy Kitching on Tueday evening learning a group floor routine. At the same time it was Hannah ( brookie) Bond's 14th birthday and as tradition has it she got the bumps.
Hannah has been with the club since the age of 5 years old where she was originally taught by Donna who gave her all the ground foundation to set her on track. Aged now 14 she was but 0.1 from southern England regional champion 2009, the smallest of margins kept her from Gold. She has improved and gained wonderful ability to perform and no one would ever bet against her when it comes to Balance beam where only this week she performed a one and half Horizontal spin to perfection.
As well as still performing really well at the sport she has also grown into a very good coach passing on her knowledge to others.
