Al's girls have been put through their paces at the Victory Gymnastic club in San Diego California where representing Arabian and Milton Keynes. Coached by Larry and the famous top elite gymnast Nicole Harris NicolE HarriS. Addicted/Concrete Angel.
Sam our top gymnast has trained brilliantly and shown the way for the others. Bex has enjoyed the challenges thrown at her and Lucy although the first time was looking out of her depth, has grown in maturity in the gym and now is starting to shine.
Jess missed Nicole's great session on Monday due to being sun burnt ...was finding the pace difficult but started to adapt after a couple of hours.
The weather is sadly not behaving too well these last 48 hours yet told its 112f 45 miles in land....yet earth quake region that it is ...we pleased to state it is behaving....
We are very grateful for Larry and all his hard work in the gym to date, a great coach with good humour.
