USA star name could make the International Roses 2011...

arabian
is pleased to announce that the 2011 international roses invitation
will take place at the kingston gymnastic and sports centre in milton
keynes on sunday may 1st 2011.
i am working on making some changes to the popular competition and these changes will be out this autumn.

at arabian reception the club has
" little stars leotards"
selling their leotards all day from 9-30am to 4-30pm.this is open to everybody and all clubs and gymnasts.

arabian gymnasts bearly struggle in the sunshine state
the
san diego friendship cup invitational was held at the victory gymnastic
academy on saturday 24th july 2010. arabian gymnasts jess wright (15)
bex whatmore (16) sam gavrovski (19) and lucy johnston (12) performed
brilliantly in the wonderful southern california settings.

Arabian Gymnasts feel the heat in California...
al's girls have been put through their paces at the victory gymnastic club in san diego california where representing arabian and milton keynes. coached by larry and the famous top elite gymnast nicole harris nicole harris. addicted/concrete angel.
sam our top gymnast has trained brilliantly and shown the way for the others. bex has enjoyed the challenges thrown at her and lucy although the first time was looking out of her depth, ... |

as i write these notes i started to fall asleep, all 4 girls are now in bed about 26 hours travelling. the flight from london was delayed two hours which meant we failed to get to texas in time for our connecting flight to san diego.
anyway after sam wiped everything from al's phone, then decided to throw her own on the floor gaining access to larry or donna back ... |

The National Roses event 2010...
organisers alan & donna were pleased that the national roses competition held at the kingston gymnastic centre for the first time went very well. great thanks to garry and helen winder along with charlotte who was a huge help in setting up and closing down the event. julie the centre manager was also great and on hand through the day. to kingston and its staff, thank you.

American visitors having a ball...
day 1
thursday july 1st 2010
alan took lloyd amy and kory to 4 schools in the morning
alan then took them to the shoulder of mutton pub in little horwood bucks built in 1500 and had a small lunch.
they also visited a 400 year old church nearby.
at 4pm all the children and parents 65 in total went to the river for a huge bbq and fun. then after this they went to the arabian gym club for private work out until 9pm ... |
