The most talked about situation with some of the youngest gymnasts at Arabian is who has lost the most teeth..Yet when asked to compete over at Spalding they showed their gaps were coming with the usual statement "Mind the gap"
These girls still have the bite!!
6 year old girls
VAULT
Emilee Brookes took a smashing Gold medal on vault beating 11 really promising gymnasts including team mate Nell Maze Brown who took Bronze to keep her company on the podium
BARS
On Bars Emilee also won Gold with Nell taking Silver medal and getting closer to her team mate on the podium.
TRAMPETTE
Nell Maze Brown stormed to the top to take Gold medal with Emilee taking Bronze medal
BALANCE BEAM
Nell took Gold Medal on the beam exercise w ith Emilee having a less productive display and finished in 7th place
FLOOR
Emilee Brookes took her 3rd Gold medal of the day after her mishap on beam to storm back to the top of the podium with Nell tucked alongside her again in Silver medal position.
Overall positions were excellent with Nell Maze Brown pipping Emilee by just 2.50 to be the Harding Champion in the 6 year old category and Emilee taking Runner up position.
7 Year olds
Millie Heathcote & Tayla Smyth took on a group of 16 gymnasts and faired well with 5 medals between them.
VAULT
Millie came 6th on vault and Tayla found the going tough and came in 13th position
BARS
Tayla took silver medal place with Millie also joining her on the rostrum by means of Bronze medal position
TRAMPETTE
Millie came in 5th place with Tayla in 8th
BALANCE BEAM
Tayla secured her second silver medal with a good performance on beam whilst Millie came in 8th place
FLOOR
A shock result for Tayla of 15th place which was certainly not expected, but Millie did do well gaining her 2nd Bronze medal for her floor exercise.
OVERALL POSITIONS
Millie came in 3rd place taking overall Bronze medal and Tayla came home in 7th position which was not bad considering her Floor and Vault results were not in keeping with what we know she can do.

8 Year olds
Five Gymnasts were in this level and they were Saskia Albertella, Alliaya Patel, Alisha Patel, Lara Moffat and Emily Kettle. Emily Kettle is the huge success story out of the girls as in July she seriously injured herself by breaking both bones in her arm. But careful conditioning and physio has seen her make an incredible recovery.
VAULT
A clean sweep on Vault was a great result with Saskia taking Gold and Alisha silver with her twin sister Alliaya taking Bronze , Lara came 6th and Emily an impressive 8th place as it was the Vault where she had her accident in July.

BARS
Lara Moffat was the highest on bars with a silver medal, Emily kettle took Bronze place Alisha came 7th, Saskia 9th and Alliaya 13th
TRAMPETTE
Trampette saw another clean sweep again with Saskia taking gold, Silver to Emily, Bronze to Alisha and equal 9th place to Lara and Alliaya

BALANCE BEAM
Gold position was shared by Saskia and Emily on beam with Alliaya taking the silver medal, twin sister Alisha coming 5th and Lara 7th
FLOOR
Saskia won gold for floor with Emily Kettle taking silver and Alisha Patel taking bronze medal. Lara came in 6th place and Alliaya came 12th
OVERALL POSITIONS
Saskia was the overall winner with Gold, Emily was bronze medal position, in 4th place was Alisa and 5th place Lara. Completing a wonderful performance was Alliya who came in 8th place out of a group of 16
