18 gymnasts are set to show

18 of the clubs top squad gymnasts are to travel by mini bus to Windsor this Sunday with Alan & Donna, Louisa, Glenn and volunteer Danny Bracket, as they are booked to demonstrate Balance beam, Trampette, and their Winning group floor dance.

All this is to be on the chequered mowed lawns of a stately home.

This is the second time this year the club and its talented girls are placed on a big and indifferent stage. Earlier in the year they made history by being the first gymnasts to ever perform balance beam on a football pitch in front of 11,570 football fans.
The excitement for the girls of taking a packed lunch box for the day out, all on a mini bus makes the whole event from their point of view as good as it gets. Eight of the girls are also set to travel to California in less than two weeks for training and an competition. So these two weeks at the club are certainly exciting times.

Alan is concerned however with the inclement and unseasonal weather which may put a stop to the group travelling down...so all eyes are on the weather at this point. Glenn will be driving the van down on the Sunday with all the equipment, so a huge thank you to him.
