Sam Gavrovski & Sammi Palmer crowned Champions in the Rockies of Canada. The two star gymnasts of the city enjoyed every moment, but in training before the comp it was not all plain sailing as Sammi struggled with the high altitude and she also found the sprung floor lacking any spring. But after a while she tuned in and showed a double tucked salto within a group floor dance Sam Gavrovski was the overall champion and won golds also on Beam & Floor go to blog 2 on the news to see the footage. Sammi Palmer who was in 2nd place overall, won gold medal on vault, silver on Floor and Bronze on Bars and beam on beam   The clubs top gymnasts are representing Club, City and Club Country when they take on Canadian Gymnasts in the Rockies of Canmore Alberta. The club is proud to be seen as a family unity with no religious pressure imposed on visitors and no religious pressure accepted from visitors. It is about teaching children the art of gymnastics along with discipline & respect that goes hand in hand for such an exciting and adventurous sport. We accept all children from all backgrounds with the only stipulation that they and their parents must abide by the club's rules and regulations, which are in place to protect every aspect of the charity and it's children. This club has won award after award with a double for 2006, we take pride on offering what we feel parents and children want and that is  a safe, well structured, friendly place for children to be left. A place where they can learn the foundation sport of all sports...and that is of course Gymnastics, so we welcome you all

The gymnastic facility it is small but adequate with 3 full Balance beams and a full floor beam, stand alone A bars and junior bar,plus metal bar. Olympic Vaulting table, Full Olympic sprung floor & 3 Trampettes.
